Lise Lavoie was appointed Vice President – Sales, Quebec and Atlantic Canada in August 2009. She brings more than 20 years of directory sales experience to her current position.
In her role, Ms. Lavoie is responsible for the continued development of the Quebec and Atlantic sales teams.
She first joined Yellow Pages Group’s predecessor company in 1986 as a telephone sales consultant. In 1999, she was promoted as Sales Director, a role she held until recently. Lise Lavoie was appointed as acting Vice President of Sales for Quebec and Atlantic Canada in April 2009 which subsequently led to her permanent appointment.
Over the course of her career at Yellow Pages Group, Lise Lavoie has been involved in several major initiatives including the development of sales and customer segmentation, bargaining negotiations, and most recently, her instrumental role in the implementation of Customer First, an initiative that supports the company’s strategy of standardizing business processes nationally through an integrated customer relationship management platform.
Lise Lavoie’s passion for sales combined with her leadership skills have contributed to her success throughout her career.
